Indulge in a captivating culinary and libation experience at our brewery this Monday night, where we proudly present an enchanting fusion of authentic Vietnamese cuisine and innovative libations. This extraordinary event promises to be a feast for the senses, showcasing the remarkable talents of Tram, Co-owner of Mariposa, a rising star in the Santa Cruz culinary scene.

Chef's Bio:

Tram Vu found the love for food at a very young age. From working restaurant jobs at the age of 16 through college to producing events and weddings before moving to Santa Cruz to start her entrepreneurship in food business.

The journey began with The Sandwich Spot in downtown which served as the starter business that built the foundation for more creative things to come. At the end of 2020, Tram and Chelsea put their creative minds together to launch Mariposa Coffee Bar, providing both coffee and food that reflects their cultures.

We are more than thrilled to provide a full Vietnamese family style dinner with a blend of beverages from Woodhouse and Mariposa to create a menu of alcoholic and non alcoholic libations.

Xiu mai - 5 spice meatballs in tomato sauce with garlic toast

Spring Roll 3 Ways - shrimp with nuoc cham, pork belly with shrimp paste & beef with anchovy sauce

Vermicelli Noodle Bowl - rice noodles, pork belly and a funky peanut sauce with green leaf lettuce, mint and cilantro salad mix

Mango Sticky Rice - sticky rice and mango with cinnamon sesame seed topping
