Sleight of Hand Pizza began in 2017 and serves artisan wood fired pizza by 13 time world pizza champion Justin Wadstein. Justin and his wife, Liza, own and operate the business and together with their small but dedicated team bring their mobile oven and delicious pizza to events and pop ups in the Santa Cruz, Carmel, Monterey Areas, and Bay Areas. With their combined 50+ years in the restaurant and pizza industries, as well as Justin's legendary dough tossing skills, Sleight of Hand offers a unique and memorable culinary experience.
